There are a lot of things going through my mind that I could write about. My opinion on the Confederate flag. Some issues in local politics. The events of everyday life. Heck, I could even give out the Yard Dog Award. However, I am not going to write about any of those things.
I am tired. My brain is tired.
At the moment, the energy does not exist to create a post of any depth. As has been done before, I will take this opportunity to take the easy way out and let my iPod do all of the work.
It is now time to put it on shuffle and listen to what comes out.

Man, that wore my iPod out. I think we both need a good night’s sleep.
I would be interested in your thoughts about the Confederate Flag?
I may write about it later. I have to figure out if I really want to get into it.
Fair point! When I was a boy growing up with American Civil War stories I just loved the Confederacy. It is an English thing, we always side with the underdog!
Being from the south, we are surrounded by Confederate history. A lot of people put great personal investment in that history. I’ve never been one of those. However, those deep feelings are at the crux of the current issue.
I studied US history at university. The issue of legality of secession always intrigued me.
I wanna borrow your iPod for a road trip.
It’s built for a road trip. However, other iPods are in the car.
I am impressed with your collection of music.
Thanks. It’s taken a long time to get it together. I need more stuff from this century.
Funny that I ‘discovered’ The Band after listening to the eponymous Robbie Robertson album that “Broken Arrow” is part of. So it is, for me, a very special one.
It’s a great album, and I must confess that I heard that album before I realized he was in The Band.
i’m gonna check out Texas.
i know what Hurt is about.
Chris Rea has a lot of good songs.
