This post was going to be about the utter awfulness of “After Earth”, Will Smith’s latest attempt to make his son a movie star. However, it is a beautiful Saturday that does not need to be weighed down by negativity. It needs to be reinforced with positive energy and thought. With that in mind, this post is a list of some of the stuff that always make me laugh.
Foghorn Leghorn
Barney Fife
“Porky’s”
Jerry Clower
Ted
Buford T. Justice
George Carlin
Karl Pilkington
“Will and Grace”
“Most Extreme Elimination Challenge”
Ron White
“Are You Being Served?”
“Family Guy”

The Harlem Globetrotters
What makes you laugh?

Hey, Rick! Thanks for your suggestion about “The Searchers” book. Somehow, I’ve missed it. Unbelievable!! Also, I didn’t mention “The Magnificent Seven” which is right up there with ALL TIME favorite westerns and a movie I do dialogue with from beginning to end. Steve McQueen was the coolest ever!! Yes, I’ve read most books about him and I had the good fortune to interview James Coburn who regaled me with stories about working with McQueen, Bronson and all the other guys. I love your site!!
James Coburn was also great. That had to have been an awesome interview. He made some great westerns, but I have to admit that his Derek Flint movies are some of my favorite.
Porky’s, that brings back memories. I haven’t seen that movie in years.
The scene in the principal’s office is hilarious.
